PLEASE RSVP FOR WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY and make sure you arrive PROMPTLY at 5:30P for warm-up WED or 9:30A for warm-up SAT.
REMINDER: Make sure you have something to eat before you come to practice (think bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc..), Your body needs food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade to hydrate yourself while paddling.
IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO VEGAS --- think of us on SAT and channel some positive energy our way across the desert --- wish us luck!!
