LAS VEGAS RACE UPDATE
We'll be fielding both a Mixed Competitive Team and All Men's Team for this race. Competition so far: Space Dragons, UCLA, Winnipeg Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Gila Dragons, possibly LARD . . .)
Jesse was able to get better rates for us at Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino ( http://railroadpass.com ) in HENDERSON, NV at $59/night for FRI and SAT nights. This hotel is about 15 mins from the race site, 20 mins from The Strip.
WEDNESDAY PRACTICES @ 5:30P
We're starting up Wednesday evening practices again THIS Wednesday ---
PLEASE RSVP FOR THE DAY YOU'RE COMING and make sure you arrive PROMPTLY at 5:30P WED, 9:30A SAT or 8:30A SUN for warm-up.
DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR BALL TO PRACTICE!
REMINDER: Make sure you have something to eat in the morning before you come to practice (think bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc..), Your body needs food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade to hydrate yourself while paddling.
