PRACTICE this WED ONLY, SAT is CANCELLED & SUN is RACE DAY at MARINE STADIUM - Be there SUN at 9AM (NO PRACTICES AT MOTHERS BEACH).
Please RSVP for WED practice and make sure you arrive PROMPTLY at 5:30P WED (6P ON THE WATER).

Not alot of details yet, but plan to meet SUN AT 9AM at Marine Stadium (not Mother's Beach). We will be racing throughout the day. No medals or trophies at this race. Should be over about 3PM-ish. WEAR YOUR AERODRAGON SHIRTS & BLACK SHORTS.
Will be 80F and Sunny on SUN --- we have one tent (thanks Mike!) and water (thanks Brad!). We have your Subway "sangwiches" ordered. Please bring snacks, drinks to share and coolers with ice if you can. Don't forget a beach chair, blankets or towels (we'll be on sand) and SUNSCREEN or hat.
Will pass along more details as we get them --- Coach Dee says ease up on weight training and do more stretching this week ---have a great week and see you on Wednesday or Sunday!
