SAVE THE DATE - Sunday, May 22nd a "fun" race at the Long Beach High School/College Dragon Boat Races.
PRACTICE THIS SAT & SUN (No WED this week). PLEASE RSVP FOR THE DAY YOU'RE COMING and make sure you arrive PROMPTLY at 9:30A SAT or 8:30A SUN for warm-up. Saturday we're the yellow boat. Sunday we're the blue boat.
TAIPEI/CHINA team practices (if you're going) have been scheduled for SAT at 1PM and SUN at 12P.
REMINDER: Make sure you have something to eat in the morning before you come to practice (think bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc..), Your body needs food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade to hydrate yourself while paddling.
