TEAM MEETING/BBQ this Saturday, June 25th at 1:00PM (after practice) at Mike & TK's house. Bring side dishes, snacks, or desserts - OK to drop off stuff at their house before practice. If you do need to - let me or Mike know.

PRACTICE this WED, SAT and SUN. Please RSVP for days that you will be at practice and make sure you arrive PROMPTLY at 5:30P WED (6P ON THE WATER), 9:30A SAT and/or 8:30A SUN. WEDNESDAY PADDLERS - if you're running late and the boat's just left, stick around and we will make a pass by the beach to check for stragglers . . .
REMINDER 1: SAT & SUN practices are now TWO(2)-hour long practices until the Long Beach Race. COMPETITIVE TEAM - remember to do your LAND TRAINING.
REMINDER 2: Make sure you have something to eat in the morning before you come to practice (think bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc..), Your body needs food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade to hydrate yourself while paddling.
