LO SISTAH JANET invites us to a night of fun at UCLA for her theater
company's SHOW! :)

---@ NORTHWEST AUDITORIUM (Sproul Hall)
---it's FREEEEE

---it is the NORTH EAST SIDE OF UCLA CAMPUS where the DORMS are
---the auditorium is located by the Sproul Turnaround, where Sproul Hall is.
---(if lost ask student how to get to Sproul Hall)

---PARKING -- you can park at LOT 6, 7, or 8 and walk up the HIll
---or LOT 11 and walk down the hill, it's kind of hard to find parking
---around there, i suggest y'all carpool if possible..either way it's a walk from ---any parking structure..:( --- sorry!...hehehe :) CALL HER AT 310-353-6056 ---if you have questions!

PRACTICE WED/SAT/SUN --- PLEASE RSVP for THIS WED/SAT/SUN practice, make sure you arrive PROMPTLY at 6:00PM WED,or 9:30AM SAT, or 8:30AM SUN for warm-up.

LAST CHANCE FOR CARBON FIBER PADDLES THIS WEEK! Let me know ASAP if you want to order one ($190 estimate).

LAND TRAINING --- Stay with reps to 3 sets of 60 at 4X/week. Keep STRETCHING. . . AND ROTATION DRILLS (3 X10 windmills - full body twist looking up at your hand when you twist . . .)

REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 after 8:00 AM on day of practice for a recorded message . . .

EAT YO'SELF SOMETHIN' in the morning before you come to practice (think bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc..). Your body needs food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade to hydrate yourself while paddling.
