GREAT PRACTICES last weekend everyone - thanks particularly to the SUN crew who risked lightning strike to be out on the water.

WED PRACTICE CANCELLED - Coach Brian will be available if you would like to do some sprints on the OC-1.

E-mail will be coming with team rosters tomorrow or THUR and details about this weekend . . . CONCENTRATE ON UPPER BODY AND LEG STRETCHES!

COACH DEE RETURNS ON FRI and wants to know if anyone wants to practice with him at 6PM-ish. Let us know! (RSVP to this Evite)

REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 after 8:00 AM on day of practice for a recorded message . . .

EAT SOMETHIN' in the morning before you come to practice (think bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc..). Your body needs food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade to hydrate yourself while paddling.

Have a great week and see you on the water!!
