THANKS everyone for the great practices this weekend --- thanks especially to Electric Dragons for being able to make our practices. Looking forward to some great racing with you in San Francisco!
PARKING --- PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY! We are in danger of losing our dragon boating privileges at Mother's Beach if all paddlers do not comply. Use the Boy Scout parking or metered parking.
PRACTICE SAT/SUN --- PLEASE RSVP for THIS SAT/SUN practice, make sure you arrive PROMPTLY at 9:30AM SAT or 8:30AM SUN for warm-up.
LAND TRAINING --- Make sure you are doing 50 each sit-ups, push-ups and squats --- 3X/week!
REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 after 8:00 AM on day of practice for a recorded message . . .
