SAT & SUN CREWS great job paddling 3 MILES around the island non-stop! Especially BABY BOAT crew on SAT - great job hanging with the BIG BOAT!

WEDNESDAY EVENING PRACTICES THIS WED starting at 6PM! Dee will be conducting practices - if you're running late, call him at 949-690-3854
PRACTICE SAT & SUN --- PLEASE RSVP for SAT and/or SUN practice, make sure you arrive at 9:30AM SAT or 8:30AM SUN for warm up.
LAND TRAINING --- Make sure you are doing 3 sets of 40 each sit-ups, push-ups and squats --- 3X/week!
DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY. Please park in the metered parking or the Boy Scout lot south of 2nd Street bridge.
REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 after 8:00 AM on day of practice for a recorded message . . .
EAT SOMETHING before practice (bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc.). You need food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade/Vitamin Water to drink while paddling.
