CONGRATULATIONS AERODRAGONS - everyone had a great time and it looks like we did really well for having just implemented a NEW stroke/strategy and PLACING 3RD in the 500M races! Let's tighten up our technique for LAS VEGAS!

MANDATORY SAT practice THIS SAT for LAS VEGAS Race Crew ---
LAND TRAINING --- Make sure you are doing 3 sets of 40 each sit-ups, push-ups and squats --- 3X/week!
DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY. Please park in the metered parking or the Boy Scout lot south of 2nd Street bridge.
REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 after 8:00 AM on day of practice for a recorded message . .
EAT SOMETHING before practice (bananas, energy bars, carbs/protein, etc.). You need food to produce energy to paddle. We don't want you to get sick while out on the water. Also, bring water or Gatorade/Vitamin Water to drink while paddling. Have a great rest of the week and see you on the water!
