SAVE THE DATE - SAT MORNING OCT 6 - Team Meeting IN LIEU OF PRACTICE: we will have elections, recognition for those with the most practices, discussion about the races in which we will participate next year, discussion about MIAMI race. Bring a breakfast dish. We may have an optional hike to Crenshaw Extension Trail and Portuguese Bend Overlook if we have enough people . . .
COACH DEE says thanks to those of you who survived SAT practice. Coach pushed us to the max and we all pulled through. Row 2 TINA & IRIS - fastest women - TIE between row 5 JERRY & JOSH and row 6 DERF AND RAYMOND for fastest guys . . . DEBS has used all her dunking credits this year (2 SAT before last and 1 last SAT) no more dunks for her . . extra points if you can dunk Dee as many times as you can (from Debs).

SUNDAY PRACTICE WILL NOW BE COMBINED W/ THE HIGH SCHOOL TEAM - due to lack of participation- we will be combining practices with H2O Addicts high school teams on SUN - starting at 8A. We will still pick up at 9A on the beach if you can't make 8A. WED practices will continue as long as daylight holds out . . .
MIAMI AERODRAGONS MANDATORY SATURDAY PRACTICES in effect until race weekend. Remember to send me your flight details and hotel confirmation #'s!
LAND TRAINING (especially Miami crew) - don't forget your 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 30 squats - 3 times a week . . .
SAN FRANCISCO AERODRAGONS please try and make Electric Dragons practice SAT AM at 8:30A for an hour (jump back on AeroDragon boat at 10A) and also Killer Guppies practice on SUN at 8:30A for an hour . . . will forward their Evites to you.
