NO PRACTICE THIS SAT - HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY!
NEXT PRACTICE IS NEXT SAT 12/1 --- REMINDER THAT PRACTICE STARTS AT 9AM --- we are limited to 1 1/2 hour practices - we'll be done by 11A. PLEASE RSVP TO THIS EVITE FOR 12/1 PRACTICE! LAND TRAINING - don't forget your 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 30 leg raises - 3 times a week . . .
OUTRIGGER ON SUNDAYS? We may be funding a "team" membership for Hui Lokahi Outrigger Club - practicing on SUN's at 2P --- let me know if you're interested.
DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY. Please park in the metered parking or the Boy Scout lot south of 2nd Street bridge.
DON'T FORGET TO RSVP FOR NAPLES BOAT PARADE here! If you are on the "maybe" list, please let us know if you'll be participating for sure; if not, we will open up participation to Electric Dragons. REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 on day of practice for a recorded message . .
