PRACTICE this SAT 1/26 at 9AM.
LONG BEACH ALL STAR TEAM - If you are interested in trying out for this team that will be entered into the USDBA National Championships, PLEASE ATTEND AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING THIS SAT 1/26 at 11:30A at Mother's Beach!!
LONG BEACH LOCAL RACE for those of you not going to Boracay --- you will be participating in the Long Beach Local Race SUNDAY APRIL 27TH --- more details to follow.
2008 DUES ARE DUE NOW!
NEW PADDLERS will be allowed three (3) free practices before having to commit to membership with the AeroDragons and payment of dues.
SAVE THE DATE - in order to better define your individual fitness goals, we will hold a testing session (in lieu of practice) on SAT 2/2. Starting at 8AM at Dee's house we will measure your fitness level and go over individual technique (Dee has dragon boats in his back yard). Separate Evite on this to follow.
LAND TRAINING (especially BORACAY crew) - don't forget your 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 30 leg raises - 3 times a week . . .
DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY. Please park in the metered parking or the Boy Scout lot south of 2nd Street bridge.
REMEMBER in case of rain/sewage spill or other extenuating circumstance, find out status of practice by calling my cell phone at (310) 749-3592 on day of practice for a recorded message . .
