We have added an outrigger component to our overall fitness routine for dragon boat.
We will be teaming with Lokahi Outrigger Club (the black-hulled outriggers) for practices and local races. Part of this "teaming" agreement dictates that if we are to practice with them using their outriggers, we will have to commit to RACING with them in at least SOME of their races this year.
If you are able to set aside time to practice with us --- typically SUNDAYS at 2PM, rotating practices on SATURDAYS at 7:30A (Dee will determine who will be attending their practices on SAT's since it conflicts with our dragon boat practices) --- AND if you are able to commit to at least some of the local outrigger races (the schedule is up on www.aerodragons.org --- click on "Team Calendar" for the race listing, please let us know and we will include you on future e-mails.
We have outrigger practice THIS SUN at 2PM. Practices run typically 1.5 - 2 hours --- we can use their paddles; life vests not required. Bring water and make sure you've eaten lunch. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU'LL BE ABLE TO MAKE THIS SUN AT 2PM --- thanks in advance!

PS --- Dragon boat/AeroDragons is still priority over any outrigger activity. Outrigger activities will be IN ADDITION to, not substituting for, any dragon boat practices!
