NICE JOB at practices everyone, especially those of you who showed up for both SAT & SUN! Please try and come to as many practices as you can between now and race weekend . . .

***A REMINDER TO THE NEW PADDLERS - you're allowed three (3) free practices before having to commit to membership with the AeroDragons and payment of dues. Dues are $50 cash or check made out to "AEA AeroDragons" - please give to Anthony Luna!***
DON'T FORGET YOUR LAND TRAINING - don't forget your 3 sets of 40 sit-ups, 40 push-ups, 40 squats, 40 leg raises - 3 times a week.
DO NOT PARK ON APPIAN WAY. Please park in the metered parking or the Boy Scout lot south of 2nd Street bridge.
