AFRICA TRIP we are in the initial stages of planning a trip to a dragon boat race that will be held in Mombasa, Kenya around December 11-15. Let me know if you're interested!

DON'T FORGET YOUR LAND TRAINING - 3 sets of 30 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 30 leg raises - 3 times a week. LADIES --- especially the push-ups for us!
