This week, think about how you can improve your TECHNIQUE: ROTATION, PADDLES DEEP IN THE WATER, 45 DEGREE ANGLE ENTRY, QUICK SNAP TO THE FRONT, LIFTING UP THAT INSIDE CHEEK . . .
Also, it's VERY likely that we will be in BACK-TO-BACK RACES, especially on SUNDAY. PLEASE make sure you are working on your endurance --- anything that gets your cardio up for long periods of time: running, swimming, etc.
THANKS CHRISELLE for the Jamba Juice break on SUN; it certainly hit the spot --- I have Jamba Juice on speed dial now for future visits!

CARPOOL - Is anyone traveling from WEST LA or through WEST LA to Long Beach? If so, Edith needs a ride on SAT for the 8:30A practice --- please contact her at salsasian@yahoo.com - she is willing to share gas expenses!
PRACTICE SCHEDULE THIS WEEK:
THURS 7/3 - "A" Team only at 6PM
SAT 7/5 - "A" Team only at 7AM, "B" Team at 8:30AM - "A" Team, we will need you to stick around for gender practices after the morning session, please plan accordingly!
SUN 7/6 - A and B Teams at 9AM
