AERODRAGONS -
NEXT PRACTICE IS THIS SAT 11/8 at 9AM! Land training workout is postponed to a later date.
TK sends her thanks for the card that we sent her.
MAKE SURE you're working out on our OFF SATURDAYS throughout the off-season . . .
DUES ARE NOW DUE! $40 if you're an Aerospace employee or active military, $50 for all other adults. $30 for high school and under. PLEASE give check or cash to treasurer Anthony Luna. (SFO folks, we will be deducting $15 from your dues - see Anthony if you still would like cash instead).

OFF-SEASON practices will be reduced to every other SAT only so . . . mark your calendars: NEXT PRACTICE IS THIS SAT 10/25 at 9AM!Coach Dee wants to go over some land training - bring towel, water and workout gloves.

AERODRAGONS -
PRACTICE SAT only at 9AM!
GREAT JOB to the San Francisco Crew - we ended up in Competitive B division (not bad!) and came in 2nd in the consolation round. There were some really tough teams up there and I think we did our best and held our own against some great Northern Cal and Canadian teams . . .
