AERODRAGONS -GREAT JOB at practice last SUN everyone! Our stroke rate will be going UP this year, so we will need to work on keeping it "long" (i.e. "rotate) at a faster rate.
NEXT PRACTICE IS AT THE BEACH THIS SUN 3/1 at 9AM! SAT PRACTICES (in addition to SUN practices) will start up again on SAT March 7th MAKE SURE you're working out on your OFF DAYS throughout the off-season . . .
REMINDER: Dragon Boat Family Fun Day on SAT MARCH 28 for recruiting. Bring your family and friends who want to just have fun on the dragon boat and possibly join our team! That's it for now. See you all out on the water!
